About Us
Company Overview
Guangzhou Huaxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a skincare manufacturer based in Huadu District, Guangzhou, China. We develop and produce skincare for overseas brand owners, distributors and retailers, working as an OEM and ODM partner across five core categories: Cleansing, Aqueous (toners and essences), Serum, Lotion & Cream, and Mask. 213 products have been developed on our platform.
Because we are a cosmetic factory rather than a trading company, the people who quote your project, the people who formulate it and the people who run it on the lines work in the same building. Buyers arrive with different starting points — a reference sample, a formula already in mind, or simply a target market and a price point — and our role is to turn that into a production-ready product with documentation that clears your market.
Our address: 6th Floor, Building 2, No. 17 Longhai West Road, Xiujuan Street, Huadu District, Guangzhou City, China.
OUR HISTORY
2010–2012: Foundation
The company began by constructing standardized factory buildings and commissioning its first semi-automatic production line. In the same period we obtained GMPC, ISO 22716 and the SC production license, establishing an annual capacity of 5 million units. That early structure — a defined plant, a defined line, and certification to recognized good manufacturing practice standards — set the pattern the business has followed since: capacity is added only when the quality system can carry it.
2013–2018: Growth
Three additional automated production lines were added, an in-house formula R&D center was established, and four production technology patents were secured. By the end of this phase the product qualified rate reached 99.9%. For buyers, the practical outcome is that formulation and production moved under one roof, shortening the loop between a bench sample and a repeatable batch.
2019–2022: ODM Expansion
Custom ODM orders grew to 60% of the business. An increasing share of projects stopped being "produce this formula" and became "develop this product" — a brief in, a formula out, packaging decisions taken together. This is the phase in which our development process for brand partners was tested and refined at volume.
2023–2025: Premium Shift
Premium functional skincare orders reached 45% of the business. The centre of gravity of our order book moved toward higher-value, higher-performance products, which places more demand on emulsification control, cleanroom discipline and documentation — the areas described below.
FACTORY & EQUIPMENT
Our facility covers 10,000 m² and operates as a low-temperature sterile, fully enclosed GMP plant, with a Class 100,000 cleanroom workshop at its core. In plain terms, the whole production area is sealed and controlled rather than open-plan: air quality, temperature and the movement of people and materials are managed so that product is not exposed to the surrounding environment at any avoidable point.
Emulsification is handled by five German vacuum homogenizing emulsification production lines. Vacuum homogenizing emulsification is designed to combine oil and water phases under vacuum and high shear, which limits the air worked into a batch and produces a finer, more uniform dispersion. For a buyer this matters at two levels: texture that behaves consistently within a batch, and less variation between repeat batches of the same order. Low-temperature processing also means the emulsification stage is carried out under gentler conditions than a conventional high-heat process, which is relevant when a formula contains ingredients that are sensitive to heat.
Filling runs on six fully automatic filling lines. Automated filling delivers consistent fill weights and reduces the manual handling a product undergoes before it is sealed — the last step in protecting everything the upstream cleanroom and process controls have maintained.
CERTIFICATIONS & COMPLIANCE
Our manufacturing and quality systems are supported by GMPC, ISO 22716, BSCI, FDA and MSDS. Beyond our own documentation, we can assist clients with CPNP, CPSR, PIF, free sale certificates and certificates of origin, so that a finished product arrives with the paperwork its destination market expects. Certificates available upon request.
R&D
An in-house formula R&D center means formulation happens on site, by our own team, with direct access to the lines that will eventually run the product. Four production technology patents sit behind that work — protection relating to how products are made, not only to what goes into them, which is precisely what matters when a formula has to hold together from a lab sample to a full production run.
For brand partners, this changes the development conversation in practical ways:
- Formulas can be built from a brief, a reference product, or a target cost and positioning.
- Bench samples are assessed against what our equipment can actually reproduce, reducing scale-up surprises.
- Iterations on texture, viscosity, fragrance and packaging compatibility are handled in one place rather than across several suppliers.
GLOBAL MARKETS
Products manufactured at our Guangzhou cosmetic factory have been exported to 18 countries and regions: the USA, the EU, Russia, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Working across this spread of destinations has made us familiar with how differently the same product can be treated from one market to the next. Labelling conventions, ingredient restrictions, documentary expectations and language requirements vary considerably, and the documentation that satisfies one market will not automatically satisfy another. We build that awareness into the project from the formulation and packaging stage rather than treating it as an afterthought at shipment. Client names are not published; references are handled directly with serious enquiries.
Work With Us
Whether you are launching a new line, extending an existing range, or looking for a manufacturing partner to consolidate several suppliers under one roof, the most useful first step is a conversation about the product itself. MOQ ranges from 500 to 5,000 units depending on packaging; sampling takes 7–15 days and mass production 25–35 days.
